Do some form of de-stressing for 10+ minutes
During the final two weeks of the challenge you will develop simple practices to help you manage stress.
We will send daily lessons with small actions you can take to help clear your mind and feel more connected.
We may ask you to meditate, practice deep breathing, show gratitude to a friend or loved on, perform an act of service or go for a relaxing walk.
Simply keep the practices you like and leave the ones you don't.
You may be surprised how much stress has been affecting your life once you get it under control.
