Create and use a bedtime ritual
Getting adequate sleep is important for our overall health and wellness. Unfortunately, many of us don't get enough of it.
Most of us intend to go to bed earlier but even if we do, have a hard time shutting off our brains.
Good sleep doesn’t just magically happen.
By creating a good sleep environment we can greatly improve the amount of quality sleep we get.
The goal of a bedtime ritual is to create a space between the craziness of our schedules, work and family and bring us closer to a relaxed state of mind.
Doing so will allow our mind and body to get some much needed rest.
